Momentum Psychology and Wellbeing Services is a practice of qualified professionals that has been founded as a response to provide quality and affordable mental health services to everyone in the community who may benefit from the services we offer. At Momentum we want to minimise the barriers that people may experience when accessing to psychology and counselling services such as high costs and lack of knowledge about how psychology and counselling can help you have a more fulfilling and enjoyable life.

The meaning behind
our name

The word Momentum is associated with motion and energy to take a step further and convert that energy into action, in order to make the changes and transformations you want in your life. Momentum also means an essential element, a moment. That moment when you feel determined to take control over your life and are ready to face fears, let go of old unhealthy patterns and want to declare yourself as an active agent in your own personal development

We offer Support Groups to help you understand and better manage your emotions, improve your life skills and adopt changes that are in accordance with your desires, dreams, and goals.

We provide affordable rates for clients who are not eligible to claim rebates. Bulk billing available for seniors with a Health Care Card with a referral and a Mental Health Treatment plan provided by a GP or Psychiatrist. This means no extra charges for clients.
